I chartered a 41-foot monohull from 12 Knots and everything went very well. Throughout the booking process, the company responded promptly to my queries and was transparent about its procedures. There were no hidden costs, and I ended up paying exactly what was quoted. When we arrived at the port, everything was ready and exactly as agreed. I'm very happy with their service and will use them again in future.

A few friends and I did a bareboat Charter with Dream Yachts in La Paz, Mexico, through 12 Knots. The coordination and communication during the booking process was excellent. The Lagoon 39 was ready to go when we arrived and everybody at Dream Yachts was friendly and helpful like the people I dealt with at 12 Knots. There are so many cons in Mexico is was great that this biggest part of the trip (the boat charter) went exactly as planned. No surprise fees (like the car rental), no rip-offs (like the fake police traffic violation)... really no hassles at all. I highly recommend the company and will probably use it again at another location.

We took a cabin charter on a sailing Catamaran out of Nassau February 8th to 15th. The boat, food, and destinations were all great. For me its more about the journey than the destination and I had really looked forward to a few hours per day of sailing and being involved in sailing the boat. Wind conditions were perfect throughout, however we only sailed a couple hours under jib the 6th day, and motor sailed under jib a couple hours the last day with no opportunity to participate in sailing the boat. A big disappointment for a trip I had waited for years to do. I don't know if I'll get another chance.

12 Knots made the booking process very easy and simple. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Boat was in great shape, exactly as advertised.

Worked through the first time charter details promptly and with skill and patience. The boat was as described and the shore crew resolved all issues when presented. Enjoyed the charter and the Exuma's.

Very good charter booked thru 12 Knots. The Dream Yacht Charter boat was a Bali 5.4. Everything worked on the boat and check in/out was a breeze. Booking through 12 Knots was easy and they were very informative and responsive.

Helene at 12 Knots worked tirelessly with our group evaluating and determining availability of numerous boat options, answering our numerous responses for information in timely fashion and handing us off to the charter base team in Martinique. We appreciated Hélène's efforts and highly recommend working with her.

It was a lovely trip! Thanks for your assistance in getting us transport when the ferry was cancelled. Only comment I can make is that it was a bit awkward with the other 3 passengers being marginally English speaking, but there were 7 of us that were. It would also be helpful to remind the folks that are chartering that the weather can make it a different itinerary that published, no fault just a reminder.

12 Knots communicated well, the boat was as advertised and there were no issues! There was an issue with exchange rates, and it was resolved as simply as possible. I'll charter from them again!
