Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $3,495 must be paid on site at Kos before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.

Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $0 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $582 per charter.

What is the cancellation policy for the Excess 12 Excessive charter?
Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Excess 12 on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
