“Terrible Experience – Avoid Parallelo 38 Charter!”
My experience with Parallelo 38 Charter was a nightmare. We rented two boats, and both had serious issues due to their neglect and poor maintenance. One boat had an engine failure due to a faulty cooling circuit and poorly maintained sails, which ruined several days of our trip. The other boat had a broken autopilot from the start, an issue they tried to hold us responsible for. Both boats were dirty, with toilets that were in poor condition and barely functional. To make matters worse, it seems management encourages their employees to find problems during checkout so they can make extra money. They attempted to charge us for pre-existing damages and held onto our deposit with baseless claims after we left and signed the checkout form. At checkout, we noticed many other customers also complaining about similar issues—this seems to be a common practice with this company. Avoid Parallelo 38 Charter at all costs. They are unprofessional, exploitative, and simply not worth the risk.
