Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $2,912 must be paid on site at Portorosa before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.

Payment & Cancellation

No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Balance: due 45 days before departure

What is the cancellation policy for the Hanse 360 Valentina charter?
Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Hanse 360 on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
