Sailing trip in Thailand is a relaxed cruise in a tropical paradise between secluded islands. An incredible sailing vacation to escape from tourist crowds; explore hidden bays and white sand beaches on Thailand's western coast. Snorkel in crystal-clear water to discover coral reefs teeming with numerous colorful fishes. Try freshly prepared local meals on board of our luxury catamaran. Then make a brake to relax on spacious deck with your new crew mates watching beautiful sunset or reading a book.
You may choose one of the itineraries from 4 to 8 days. All passages are quite short maximum 3 hours and very comfortable. Most of the night stops will be at anchorages in very picturesque lagoons. During your cabin charter in Thailand you will be able to use snorkeling equipment, kayak or choose any of the proposed excursions.
You sailing vacation will be on Eleuthera 60 catamaran that was designed and built by the famous Fountaine Pajot Shipyard. This is one of the world’s number one builders in cruising catamarans and the Eleuthera 60 is its flagship. This is an ideal catamaran for those who wish to explore Thailand from the sea.

1
Phuket
Embarkation is at 5:00 pm. Enjoy a welcome drink onboard while listening to the yacht safety briefing and hearing about the itinerary and the optional excursions package. Departure to the island of Koh Nakha Yai (or Ko Wa Yai depending on the wind). This nice beach fringed with coconut trees is an idyllic swimming stop and a beautiful sunset over the islands the Phang Nga Bay. Dinner and night on board at anchor.

2
Koh Phi Phi
After breakfast sail the 3 hour sail to Koh Kai Nai to explore the wonderful coral reef. The reef is vibrant and extremely rich with under water life - a dream for those who like snorkeling. After lunch, depart for Koh Phi Phi Don, one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Later in the day arrive in Yongkasem Bay - the bay of monkeys, to enjoy more swimming, snorkelling and beachcombing. At the end of the day cross the bay to anchor in front of Nui bay for sunset. Dinner and night on board at anchor.

Phi Phi Leh
After an early breakfast sail to Koh Phi Phi Leh for discovery of Maya Bay where the movie “The Beach” was shot. Spend a couple of hours sailing around the island, to discover cliffs and caves with swallow nests. At the end of the morning, head back to Koh Phi Phi Don to moor at Ton Sai Bay for lunch on board. In the afternoon take the opportunity to go ashore to shop and discover the island and a beautiful panorama. Dinner on board, then go ashore to enjoy local fire shows and the festive spirit of Phi Phi.

Mai Phai
After breakfast, sail to Koh Mai Phai, also known as Bamboo Island with a beautiful sandy beach and great for snorkelling on a reef teeming with fish. After lunch on board head towards Koh Dam Kai, also called Chicken Island, enjoy an afternoon of relaxation on an idyllic beach shaded by filaos. At low tide walk from one island to the other on a sand bank. Dinner and night at anchor.

Koh Hong
After breakfast, depart for Ao Nang where you can take the optional elephant trek excursion. After lunch depart to Koh Hong East to explore its splendid internal lagoon - a natural swimming pool of 200m in diameter surrounded by high cliffs. Later sail to the group of Pakbia islands to spend the night. Dinner and night at anchor.

Koh Yang
Leave Pakbia for a short sail to the estuary of Ao Thalin. Take an optional kayak ride excursion. After lunch on board, early in the afternoon sail to Ko Chong Lat Canyon, a breathtaking landscape, where its waters are famous for a colony of sea otters. Sail to Koh Yang, in the magical setting of Phang Nga Bay. Diner and night at anchor.

Koh Nakha
After breakfast, visit Koh Phing Kan with two optional excursions. Take the long tail boat tour to commonly known James Bond Island because of the shooting of the movie “The Man with the Golden Gun”, and then visit Koh Pan Yi , a large floating village built on stilts inhabited by more than a hundred of fishermen families. At Koh Pan Yi take the opportunity to buy local handcrafts and souvenirs. Enjoy lunch back on board then sail to the Koh Hong lagoon. This outstanding site is accessible only with the dinghy, which enters a cave leading to an inland lake surrounded with cliffs at least 100m high (in thai « hong » means “room”). In the middle of the afternoon, sail to Koh Nakha Noi for a final swim and relaxing on the beach. Dinner on board or optional barbecue on the beach night at anchor.

Phuket Yacht Haven
Sail back to Yacht Haven marina for a final breakfast aboard before a sad farewell with your crew and disembarkation by 10:00.
Sailing and sunbathing
The emphasis is on sailing, relaxation and enjoying water and beach activities. Some shore excursions are offered to see charming towns for shopping or places of interest. See the detailed itinerary for more details. For evening entertainment, you can sit on deck and chill with your fellow crew mates or enjoy the local nightlife on shore.
Snorkeling and diving
Each day there is a chance to swim and snorkel. In this tropical paradise, there is an abundance of fish for the avid snorkeler or diving can be arranged at an extra cost. Alternatively, you can kayak to the beach to enjoy strolling the beach and beach-combing.

Your cabin charter will be aboard comfortable catamaran Ocean Class. This yacht can accommodate up to 16 guests and 2 crew members in 8 comfortable air-conditioned double cabins all equipped with private bathrooms. This catamaran has spacious deck with plenty of areas to enjoy quiet time, sunbathing or chart with your crewmates. Crew of 3 persons (captain, steward, cook). Crew is responsible for all operations of the vessel, sailing, cooking, cleaning, and servicing meals, drinks and snacks on board. Crew offers a wealth of knowledge, great service and make the sailing trip an unforgettable experience. Delphine is a professional chef. She is only 29 but loves sailing since she was a child. After getting a degree of dietitian, she worked in different restaurants. But being a sailor and sea lover, she finally chosen to live and work on board of catamaran.
Crew
Thierry Houdemond is a professional captain with more than 20 years of sailing experience. He has been skipper on Poncin 82 catamaran “Dream Grenadines” for the last several years. His great experience and profound knowledge of the local waters allows him to introduce our guests the most secluded moorings and picturesque bays usually known only by natives.

Our base located in Yacht Haven marina, Phuket Island. International airport (HKT) is located only 10 miles from the base and taxi trip will take around 20 minutes.
Flight
There are number of flights with 1 stop from United States operated by Emirates and Air China and a lot of options of direct flights from Europe including flights operated by Thai Airlines.
Transfers from the airport to the base and back are not included. However, we can help to arrange transfer by special request. Please inform us at least 2 weeks prior to the first date of your sailing vacation by filling an appropriate form (number of guests, flight number, time and date of arrival). Averager price for one way transfer is 29 USD per person.
Housing
If you arrive several days prior to the first date of your sailing vacation, or decide to stay for a few days after, you may find number of hotels in the old town of Rhodes. Please check all the availability on: Expedia.com or Hotels.com
Our recommendation is Holiday Inn hotel located few minutes from the marina.
Important info
All visitors must have a valid passport, sufficient funds and onward ticket.
- US Citizens: tourists staying in Thailand for fewer than 30 days, do not require a visa to enter the country, but should have passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of the entry into Thailand.
- EU Citizens: visas for Thailand are not required for touristic stay of up to 30 days if entering via an international airport.
- Citizens of other countries: For the citizens of counties other than US, and EU a valid passport is required and in some cases, should apply for visa on arrival at major entry points. For more information, contact your local embassy.
