1
Athens (Piraeus)
Board Running on Waves in Piraeus and settle into your cabin. Meet the crew, yoga instructor and fellow guests before the welcome and safety briefing. The instructor will introduce the yoga programme, which may be adjusted according to the sailing schedule and weather conditions. Dinner is served on board before departure for the Cyclades at approximately 20:00.

2
Delos & Mykonos
Begin the day with yoga on deck, followed by breakfast. Visit Delos, one of Greece’s most important archaeological sites, and explore its ancient temples, houses and mosaics. Continue to Mykonos to discover the whitewashed streets of Chora, the windmills, Little Venice and Panagia Paraportiani. Return for dinner on board and sail towards Paros.

Paros
After morning yoga and breakfast, explore Paros independently or join an optional excursion. Visit Parikia, the fishing harbour of Naoussa or the traditional inland village of Lefkes. There may also be time for swimming, snorkelling and relaxation on board. Finish the day with a calming yoga session and dinner before the early-morning departure.

Ios
Arrive in Ios for morning yoga overlooking the island’s hills and coastline. Explore the narrow streets, churches and viewpoints of Chora, or spend time swimming at one of the island’s quieter beaches. When conditions allow, a yoga session may be organised ashore. Return to the ship for dinner and sail towards Santorini.

Santorini
Practise yoga on deck as the ship approaches Santorini’s volcanic caldera. Explore the island independently or join an optional excursion to Fira, Oia, the archaeological site of Akrotiri, a volcanic beach or a local winery. Return for dinner and an evening recovery session before sailing towards Astypalea.

Astypalea
Begin the day with yoga and breakfast before going ashore in Astypalea. Explore Chora, its traditional windmills and the Venetian Querini Castle, or visit one of the island’s quiet coves and beaches. Return to the ship for dinner and an evening yoga practice while sailing towards Symi.

Symi
Enjoy morning yoga and breakfast as the ship approaches Symi’s colourful neoclassical harbour. Explore Gialos and its waterfront streets, visit local viewpoints or join an optional excursion to Panormitis Monastery or a sheltered swimming bay. Gather for the farewell dinner and final yoga practice before the early-morning passage to Rhodes.

Rhodes
Enjoy a final breakfast on board before disembarkation. Say goodbye to the crew, instructor and fellow guests, or extend your stay to explore Rhodes Medieval Old Town, the fortified walls and the Palace of the Grand Master.

The captain of the Custom built model is responsible for: the safety of guests during Yoga Cruise in the Cyclades & Dodecanese, Greece, handling of the Sail boat, navigation and adjusting the itinerary according to weather conditions.
Meal Plan
Full Board
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Meals are prepared by the chef and served onboard of the yacht. Soft drinks are included during meals.
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on board of Custom built model at an additional cost. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol on board.
If you have food allergies or intolerances, please inform us in advance so the crew can take them into consideration.
Sailing Itinerary & Weather Conditions
The 7 days itinerary is planned in advance; however, Yoga Cruise in the Cyclades & Dodecanese, Greece may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, port availability, and the captain's safety decisions.
The captain may modify the route or change the order of stops to ensure a safe and comfortable sailing experience on board of Custom built model.
Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3 day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.
Payment terms:
- Down payment: 30%
- Balance: due 60 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 60 days before the charter
Cancellation policy:
- 30% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 61 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the charter

How customer reviews and ratings work
We use the Average with Prior (also known as Bayesian Average) to calculate the total rating for each sailing cruise
Since new cruises could have very few reviews, each review can significantly impact the average score, potentially leading to misleading representations of the total score (e.g., one very positive or very negative review skewing the overall rating). To mitigate this, we use a "prior" or "default" score.
This means that each cruise, by default, starts with a rating of 4, which is calculated from 5 hypothetical reviews, each rated 4. This assumption provides a baseline level of performance that is neutral-to-positive.
For example, if a new cruise receives a 5-star review, the total rating will be adjusted to 4.17. Here's how it is calculated: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25 and then divided by the total number of reviews 6 (5 default + 1 actual review), resulting in 4.17
As more reviews come in, the weight of the actual reviews increases, and the influence of the prior diminishes.
