Upon landing at Velana (Male) International Airport, dedicated crew will greet you and escort you to the boat Adora. Depending on your flight's arrival time, you might have the chance to catch your first waves at some of the renowned surf spots in North Male Atoll. Get ready for an exhilarating start to your surf safari!

North Male atoll
On your first full day, you'll dive straight into the action with a full day of surfing at Northern Male atoll's top surf points, including Chickens, Cokes, Sultans, Honkys, and Jail Beak. These waves offer a variety of challenges for different skill levels, ensuring an exciting and memorable surfing experience.

Thulusdhoo Island
The adventure continues with more surfing at the iconic Northern Male atoll points. After a morning of thrilling waves, we’ll visit Thulusdhoo Island, known for its vibrant local culture and beautiful beaches. Here, you can relax, explore the island, or enjoy some local delicacies.

Huraa
Spend the morning surfing in North Male Atoll, enjoying the consistent waves that this region is famous for. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Huraa Island, where you can unwind on pristine beaches, participate in beach activities, or explore the island’s local life.

South Male Atoll
Today, we cruise towards South Male’ Atoll. As we journey, you’ll have the opportunity to surf at some of the area’s best spots, including Gurus, Twin Peaks, Quarters, Foxys, and Raptides. These surf spots are known for their unique characteristics and provide an exciting contrast to the Northern atoll waves.

Maafushi Island
Your surfing adventure continues in South Male, where the waves offer a different but equally thrilling experience. After a morning of surfing, we’ll dock at Maafushi Island. Take time to relax and soak in the island’s serene atmosphere, or join in on some island activities, like snorkeling, exploring local markets, or simply enjoying the tropical surroundings.

As we begin our cruise back, there’s a chance to fit in one last surf session, conditions permitting. Reflect on your surf safari and relish the final waves before we return to Male, where you’ll disembark with unforgettable memories and newfound surf skills.

The captain of the Luxury yacht is responsible for: the safety of guests during Maldives Surf Safari on a Liveaboard, handling of the Motor boat, navigation and adjusting the itinerary according to weather conditions.
Meal Plan
Full Board
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Meals are prepared by the chef and served onboard of the yacht. Soft drinks are included during meals.
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on board of Luxury yacht at an additional cost. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol on board.
If you have food allergies or intolerances, please inform us in advance so the crew can take them into consideration.

Sailing Itinerary & Weather Conditions
The 7 days itinerary is planned in advance; however, Maldives Surf Safari on a Liveaboard may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, port availability, and the captain's safety decisions.
The captain may modify the route or change the order of stops to ensure a safe and comfortable sailing experience on board of Luxury yacht.
Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3 day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.
Payment terms:
- Down payment: 30%
- Balance: due 60 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 60 days before the charter
Cancellation policy:
- 30% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 61 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the charter

How customer reviews and ratings work
We use the Average with Prior (also known as Bayesian Average) to calculate the total rating for each sailing cruise
Since new cruises could have very few reviews, each review can significantly impact the average score, potentially leading to misleading representations of the total score (e.g., one very positive or very negative review skewing the overall rating). To mitigate this, we use a "prior" or "default" score.
This means that each cruise, by default, starts with a rating of 4, which is calculated from 5 hypothetical reviews, each rated 4. This assumption provides a baseline level of performance that is neutral-to-positive.
For example, if a new cruise receives a 5-star review, the total rating will be adjusted to 4.17. Here's how it is calculated: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25 and then divided by the total number of reviews 6 (5 default + 1 actual review), resulting in 4.17
As more reviews come in, the weight of the actual reviews increases, and the influence of the prior diminishes.
