For bareboat charter in Greece, a valid sailing license is required: IPC (International Proficiency Certificate) issued by ASA, US Sailing, NauticEd, RYA, IYT, or another certified school. “Never again "Sail Aegean"”

I am very upset about Sail Aegean. A defective impeller in the port entrance of patient forced me to repent. Sailing into the harbor, no replacement impeller on board, mechanic who came 2 hours later, had the wrong one. The impeller could not be exchanged until 6:00 p.m., ergo: a lost day. When checking out, the mechanics costs were then deducted from the deposit (€ 110). The failure of the charter is pushed into the shoes to the skipper. Never again "Sail Aegean".
