Bareboat
For bareboat charters in the BVI / British Virgin Islands, a sailing license is not required. Please complete a sailing resume in your personal account when making the reservation to confirm that you are qualified to rent the Oceanis 40.1 Sailboat. Only the most recent sailing experience from the last 2–3 years is required.
Skippered
A professional skipper can be provided for $326 per day. A food allowance and a dedicated cabin are required and are not included in the price.
Security Deposit
The damage deposit represents your maximum liability in case of any damage to the Sailboat Oceanis 40.1, .
Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $932 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $93 per day.
Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- 50% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 46 days before departure
