Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $4,660 must be paid on site at Portorosa before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.
The damage deposit represents your maximum liability in case of any damage to the Catamaran Lucia 40, Relax Planet.
Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $932 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $466 per charter.

Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Balance: due 30 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 30 days before the charter
- 30% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 31 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the charter

What is the cancellation policy for the Lucia 40 Relax Planet charter?
Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Lucia 40 on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
