For bareboat charters in the St Martin, a sailing license is not required. Please complete a sailing resume in your personal account when making the reservation to confirm that you are qualified to rent the Lagoon 450 SporTop Catamaran. Only the most recent sailing experience from the last 2–3 years is required.

Security Deposit

A damage deposit of $8,154 must be paid on site at Cole Bay before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.
The damage deposit represents your maximum liability in case of any damage to the Catamaran Lagoon 450 SporTop, Belle.
Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $990 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $52 per day.

Balance: due 45 days before departure
Extras: payable in advance, at least 45 days before the charter

Cancellation policy:

50% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 46 days before departure
