Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $3,495 must be paid on site at Koh Chang before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.

Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $1,500 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $30 per day.

- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 40 days or less prior to the charter

Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Lagoon 380 - 3 cab. on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
