Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Second payment: 30% due 161 days before departure
- Balance: due 30 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 30 days before the charter
- 20% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 31 days before departure

What is the cancellation policy for the Hanse 455 Scarlett charter?
Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Hanse 455 on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
