We loved our entire charter experience, and the Stockholm Archipelago is a must-see on any sailor's bucket list. The Bavaria 38 was a great choice for two couples and was in fine shape for a 15-year old boat. Just don't expect a brand-new boat in terms of wear-and-tear.

Do I need sailing or boating license for the bareboat charter?
In most of the regions, like the Caribbean, South-East Asia, Oceania, no special sailing documents are needed for the bareboat charter. The only thing you need to provide is your sailing resume, so that the base manager can see if you are qualified enough to rent Bavaria Cruiser 46 Sailing yacht in Sweden.
