Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $2,330 must be paid on site at Castiglioncello before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.

Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Balance: due 30 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 30 days before the charter
- 50% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 31 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the charter

What is the cancellation policy for the Bavaria C42 Supereva charter?
Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Bavaria C42 on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
