Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $10,484 must be paid on site at Nanny Cay before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.
The damage deposit represents your maximum liability in case of any damage to the Catamaran Bali 5.4 - 6 + 2 cab., Schrödinger's.
Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $2,330 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $111 per day.

- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the charter

Free cancellation within 4 days of the online reservation. Once you reserve the Bali 5.4 - 6 + 2 cab. on the 12 Knots website, it will be held for you free of charge for 4 days.
If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
