For bareboat charters in the BVI / British Virgin Islands, a sailing license is not required. Please complete a sailing resume in your personal account when making the reservation to confirm that you are qualified to rent the Bali 4.2 Catamaran. Only the most recent sailing experience from the last 2–3 years is required.
Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $6,989 must be paid on site at Nanny Cay before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.
The damage deposit represents your maximum liability in case of any damage to the Catamaran Bali 4.2, Seas the Day.
Your maximum liability, can be reduced to $1,456 by purchasing additional insurance (damage waiver) for $93 per day.

Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Balance: due 60 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 60 days before the charter
- 30% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 61 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the charter
