Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $2,912 must be paid on site at Biograd before embarkation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage to the boat.

Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3-day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.

- Second payment: 30% due 161 days before departure
- Balance: due 30 days before departure

- 20% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 31 days before departure

If the booking is cancelled 46 days or more before the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 46 days before the charter.
