Consistent with another review: List of issues present when we arrived or during charter: S/V Patagonia - 1 week charter Stbd bilge pump failed A/C pump suction and discharge leaking (actually both were off) resulting in 10 inches of water in bilge Port bilge pump ran continuously. Jib torn 1 ft by 6 inches Ongoing periodic auxiliary low voltage alarm Top deck cushion tie downs rotted Two door handles fell off Boat hook broken Manual bilge pump (starboard) broken Forward port head faucet leaked Refrigerator not cold, breaker repeatedly tripped Freezer not working Outboard motor stops/ died Sail bag tattered

We chartered 3 catamarans and all 3 had serious issues. On the small side we had a domestic battery that couldn't hold a charge overnight and a dingy engine that had worn gears, a fried spark plug and would only sometimes start. Anchor lights were non-functional, an escape hatch was leaking and an engine died. Once we returned the boats were told that they were immediately going into service. Would have been nice if they were serviced before they were handed over to us.
“It was amazing!”

It was amazing! We ended up leaving early because Martinique went on lockdown-mode and RM Croisiers was willing for us to exercise our right in 2nd contract to take credit for a future booking. So... we returned to the US in early November 2020. We were sad to leave, but it was definitely the right decision, because now we are planning a trip back to Martinique in the summer. Hopefully we'll be free to sail from island to island at that time! We definitely recommend Roberto and all of his staff at RM Croisiers. They were fantastic to work with, very responsive to all of our questions/problems/concerns. We would definitely choose to charter with them again. Many thanks for all of your help in the process!
