We have already had the pleasure of sailing on the Luxboot twice. It was a great experience. This freedom, this vastness, actually everything . . . . . Everything was tip top the first time with Tobi, who handed over the Luxboot to us. Great briefing, great practice trip. And, as we had the same boat again (no. 4), he also passed on various improvements. For example, that a kitchen roll on board is very helpful and a small vacuum cleaner, because if something crumbles, you don't drag it through the whole houseboat. The window was also repaired, it had rained in during heavy rain. Tobi wasn't there the second time and the boat was handed over to us by another lady. However, she wanted to call us in case the boat was ready earlier, but then she forgot. Check-in is from 3 p.m., we were already sitting at the harbor bar from half past 1. You can really see what's going on there. The handover was then around 3.30 pm, but no matter. We were then told that the cleaner had just left and that's why it had taken longer. I see. So we didn't see anyone going in and out. So it hadn't been cleaned, that's how it looked, the lady then quickly wiped something off with kitchen roll at the rear of the platform. But well, you can live with that. The lie and the fact that you pay 150 euros for the so-called cleaning was stupid. Perhaps it would also make sense to use spider spray. My husband must have collected 15 !!! after the 1st night. spiders after the first night, which rappelled down from the corners and cracks in the ceiling. The corners of the windows were full of cobwebs. They were doing well there.

We would like to thank you very much for the completely great process from the booking to the the beginning/end of the trip and the support in the port of Templin by Mr. Tobias Pedde, who always had an open ear for us and with his friendly manner was always at our side with help and advice :-) It was a super nice vacation in a very beautiful environment and on a great equipped luxury boat 5 out of 5 stars :-) Gladly again.
