Anchoring is not possible here as the reef drops steeply into the deep Pacific Ocean. However, there are 4 moorings available right on the edge of the reef, which seemed secure. Be cautious, though—any westerly swell or wind will put you quite close to the reef. It's a fascinating spot with incredible snorkeling and dramatic cliff views. The locals are very friendly—though only about 60 people live here. The island tour is highly recommended if your schedule allows!
