Venice
Your day begins in Venice, where our boat remains docked. Enjoy breakfast onboard before joining our optional Venice Tour, featuring must-see sights like the Rialto Bridge, its vibrant fish market, a Grand Canal gondola ride, St. Mark's Basilica, and Doge's Palace. You'll have free time to wander and dine at a local trattoria. Later, participate in our Signature Cocktail Demonstration before dinner onboard. With an overnight stay, you can experience Venice's magical evening ambiance at your leisure.

Koper
After departing Venice in the morning, Callisto arrives in Koper, Slovenia by 1:30 pm. Discover this charming coastal town's historic center and lively waterfront at your leisure, or choose between two exciting excursions: exploring the spectacular Postojna Cave and medieval Predjama Castle, or joining a truffle hunt followed by a tasting. Enjoy free time in the afternoon before dinner onboard, with an overnight stay that lets you experience Koper's evening ambiance.

Morning brings a scenic cruise from Koper to Piran, Slovenia’s coastal gem. Wander through medieval lanes, admire Venetian architecture, and savor fresh seafood with Adriatic views. Choose to explore independently or join our gourmet tour featuring local olive oil, truffles, and artisanal ice cream. As sunset paints the sky, dine aboard while we sail toward Croatia’s elegant Opatija.

We arrive in Opatija in the early hours, a refined coastal town celebrated for its grand architecture and serene parks. Explore at leisure or join our optional tour to Plitvice Lakes—a natural wonder of interlinked lakes and waterfalls. Enjoy dinner onboard before our midnight departure, with time for an evening promenade or cocktails by the sea.

We dock in Pula in the morning, a historic coastal city famous for its intact Roman amphitheater. Alongside ancient sites, Pula has clear beaches, busy markets, and deep cultural roots. Explore on your own or take our guided walking tour to see the city’s key landmarks. That evening, enjoy a Captain’s Dinner with Italian dishes and live music before we sail for Ravenna, Italy.

We reach Ravenna in the morning, a city celebrated for its Byzantine mosaics and UNESCO sites like the Basilica of San Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia. Ideal for history and art enthusiasts, its compact streets and legendary landmarks invite discovery. Choose independent exploration or our guided tour, with time to sample local dishes. After dinner onboard, take an evening stroll—perhaps with gelato in hand—before our midnight departure.

Meal Plan
Full Board
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Meals are prepared by the chef and served onboard of the yacht. Soft drinks are included during meals.
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on board of Callisto at an additional cost. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol on board.
If you have food allergies or intolerances, please inform us in advance so the crew can take them into consideration.
Sailing Itinerary & Weather Conditions
The 7 days itinerary is planned in advance; however, Venice to Slovenia & Croatia Sailing Cruise may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, port availability, and the captain's safety decisions.
The captain may modify the route or change the order of stops to ensure a safe and comfortable sailing experience on board of Callisto.
Payment & Cancellation
No-obligation reservation (3 day hold).
No payment is required until the booking agreement is signed.
Payment terms:
- Down payment: 30%
- Balance: due 60 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 60 days before the charter
Cancellation policy:
- 30% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 61 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the charter

How customer reviews and ratings work
We use the Average with Prior (also known as Bayesian Average) to calculate the total rating for each sailing cruise
Since new cruises could have very few reviews, each review can significantly impact the average score, potentially leading to misleading representations of the total score (e.g., one very positive or very negative review skewing the overall rating). To mitigate this, we use a "prior" or "default" score.
This means that each cruise, by default, starts with a rating of 4, which is calculated from 5 hypothetical reviews, each rated 4. This assumption provides a baseline level of performance that is neutral-to-positive.
For example, if a new cruise receives a 5-star review, the total rating will be adjusted to 4.17. Here's how it is calculated: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25 and then divided by the total number of reviews 6 (5 default + 1 actual review), resulting in 4.17
As more reviews come in, the weight of the actual reviews increases, and the influence of the prior diminishes.
