Check-in on boat will be late afternoon to meet with the crew and other passengers.

Day 2 Highbourne Cay

Highbourne Cay

Highborn Cay has a few inhabitant and is situated about 30 nautical miles South-East of Nassau. It has a unique H shape allowing a nice protected anchorage with fine sand. It is a beautiful wild area surrounded with great beaches and corals. You can also go fishing the lobster and the grouper with an Hawaiian sling.

Warderick Wells Cay

Warderick Well is in the heart of the protected park of the Exumas. It is also where you find the general quarter of the organization in charge of protecting this real paradise island. Most people who visit the Northern part of the Exumas believe that this is the best place for snorkeling. This place boasts 30 powdered sand beaches that surround the island. Snorkel intact coral heads with colorful fishes. Walk on top of Boo Boo hill with its blow holes and enjoy the wonderful view.

Day 4 Staniel Cay

Staniel Cay

This is the farthest island North of the Exumas where you can find a village. You may explore the village of Staniel Cay and its surrounding or you may also rent a golf cart at the marina to explore the rest of the island for a few hours. Check Big Major Spot beach with the famous swimming pigs and go snorkeling in the mystical Thunderball grotto.

You may explore the mangrove river on dinghy or kayak and swim in the breath-taking lagoon.

Day 6 Norman’s Cay

Norman’s Cay

This island no one should miss when spending a week in the North of the Exumas. Despite it's small size and few people living here at the moment, a while ago this island was a headquarters of lord Carlos Leigher, one of the most powerful drug dealers in the history. How customer reviews and ratings work

We use the Average with Prior (also known as Bayesian Average) to calculate the total rating for each sailing cruise

Since new cruises could have very few reviews, each review can significantly impact the average score, potentially leading to misleading representations of the total score (e.g., one very positive or very negative review skewing the overall rating). To mitigate this, we use a "prior" or "default" score.

This means that each cruise, by default, starts with a rating of 4, which is calculated from 5 hypothetical reviews, each rated 4. This assumption provides a baseline level of performance that is neutral-to-positive.

For example, if a new cruise receives a 5-star review, the total rating will be adjusted to 4.17. Here's how it is calculated: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25 and then divided by the total number of reviews 6 (5 default + 1 actual review), resulting in 4.17

As more reviews come in, the weight of the actual reviews increases, and the influence of the prior diminishes.

“My wife and I loved our Exumas cruise in the Lagoon 62”
The boat had some maintenance issues such as as the starboard motor was broken for already for three weeks and all cabin on the starboard had cold water the entirely trip. Since the weather was warm and we are used to take cold shower at home, it was not a big deal for us. When we returned to the marina after 7 days, another Lagoon 62 boat was there to substitute our boat. We got the best cabin on the boat, starboard aft with lower high bed, that was easy for us to get access. The cook lady was excellent, we had delicious meals with desert at the lunch and dinner every day She was prepared to make gluten free meals for my wife. The captain, Alex Mint, was born in the same city than me in Brazil, beyond speaking Portuguese, he also speaks English and French. He was an experience sailor, great personality and easy going. Even with my handicap to only use one arm and having some balance problem, I was able to get in the flybridge, getting in our cabin and on the water without any problem. It was the first time for us in a sail boat, and we simply loved a catamaran, a stable and roomy boat.
