Payment & Cancellation

- Second payment: 25% due 90 days before departure
- Balance: due 40 days before departure
- Extras: payable in advance, at least 40 days before the charter
- 25% of the charter fee is retained for cancellations made 41 days before departure
- 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable for cancellations made 40 days or less prior to the charter
