Excess 14 Catamaran
“Poor charter service.”
Very disappointing service, excessive transit log fees (500 EUR for a catamaran) and poor handover procedures (no documentation, no handover process at all, no check list), multiple items had to be replaced, remedied upon handover. No transaparent communication neither in writing nor via phone. Selective card payment acceptance (available for deposit, but not for transit log), very disturbing. Their catamaran though was new and in OK condition, but if any damage had happened we would have been in a very bad position. Deposit management is a nightmare, we waited almost 3 weeks to get our money back (apparently the forgot to cancle the deposit reservation transaction). Avoid if you seek a safe and relaxed sailing holiday.
