Hands off and never again! Got a 9 year old boat from the fleet. The briefing consisted of a quick run through of the switches and controls in Polish. We were already wondering what a diver had to do here in the harbor on the first day. Regarding the rented boat: the zippers on the tarpaulins had probably never been serviced and were partially inoperable. On the 3rd day we noticed that the rear rudder was not responding at times. On the 4th day it failed completely. The horn was also not always working. We ended our trip not only because of the bad weather, but especially because of the lack of confidence in such a boat. After complaining to the charter company and its staff, we didn't see them again for a whole day. Unfortunately, the Webasto heating system was also not ready for use when the boat was moored. Only on the day of departure, when we were under time pressure (return flight), was the boat inspected by the staff. Even the diver was deployed. As no external damage was found, they claimed that the electric motor of the rudder had been overheated and that this was a fault and a reason to withhold 500 euros of the deposit. As we did not agree to this, we were locked in the office container without further ado and instead of the requested police, another 2 dock workers came and stood in front of the door. Since we felt threatened and the subsequent costs such as delayed car rental return and missed flight for 4 people, we had to give in for better or worse. From our point of view, our vacation fund was unjustifiably reduced by 500 euros.
