Wie Kundenrezensionen und Bewertungen funktionieren

Da neue Unternehmen nur sehr wenige Bewertungen haben können, kann jede einzelne Bewertung den Durchschnitt erheblich beeinflussen und möglicherweise zu einer irreführenden Darstellung des Gesamtergebnisses führen (z. B. eine sehr positive oder sehr negative

Bewertung verzerrt die Gesamtbewertung). Um dies abzumildern, verwenden wir eine „Prior-“ oder „Standardbewertung“.

Das bedeutet, dass jede Unternehmensbewertung standardmäßig bei 4,0 beginnt, berechnet aus 5 hypothetischen Bewertungen, die jeweils mit 4 Sternen bewertet sind. Diese Annahme schafft eine neutrale bis positive Ausgangsbasis.

Beispiel: Wenn ein neues Unternehmen eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung erhält, wird die Gesamtnote auf 4,17 angepasst. Berechnung: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25, geteilt durch 6 (5 Standard + 1 echte Bewertung) = 4,17.

Mit zunehmender Anzahl echter Bewertungen steigt deren Gewicht, während der Einfluss der Standardbewertung abnimmt.
