    Poiché le nuove aziende possono avere pochissime recensioni, ciascuna recensione può incidere notevolmente sulla media, portando a una rappresentazione fuorviante del punteggio complessivo (ad esempio, una sola recensione molto positiva o molto negativa può alterare il risultato).
