    Utilizziamo la media con prior (nota anche come media bayesiana) per calcolare la valutazione complessiva di ogni operatore di flotta o società di charter.

    Poiché le nuove aziende possono avere pochissime recensioni, ciascuna recensione può incidere notevolmente sulla media, portando a una rappresentazione fuorviante del punteggio complessivo (ad esempio, una sola recensione molto positiva o molto negativa può alterare il risultato). Per ridurre questo effetto, utilizziamo un punteggio “di default” o “prior”.

    In pratica, ogni azienda parte con una valutazione di 4,0, calcolata su 5 recensioni ipotetiche, ciascuna valutata con 4 stelle. Questa ipotesi fornisce una base neutrale-positiva.

    Ad esempio, se una nuova azienda riceve una recensione da 5 stelle, la valutazione complessiva si aggiornerà a 4,17. Calcolo: (4 × 5) + 5 = 25, diviso per 6 (5 di default + 1 reale) = 4,17.

    Con l’aumentare delle recensioni reali, il loro peso cresce e l’influenza del punteggio di default diminuisce.
