Terms and conditions of the promotion
Christmas Gif discount is only valid for orders placed via online inquiry on www.12knots.com website between December 20, 2023 and January 6, 2024.
Please write “Christmas Gift” in the reservation form to apply for a special 5% discount.
Repeated clients’ discounts or loyalty discounts offered by 12 Knots do not add up to the discount offered as part of the Christmas Gift promotion.
Christmas Gift discount is valid only for 1 booking / reservation from the 1 client. In case of several inquiries from one (same) client, gift discount will be applied to only one of these bookings.
Christmas gift discount does not apply to: sailing courses (liveaboard courses) and last-minute bookings when charter or sailing vacation (cabin charter) starts in less than 30 days from the day of online inquiry.
Discount applies only to the base price of the yacht charter or cabin charter and doesn’t apply to any additional services such as but not limited to: cash box, excursions, additional equipment (dinghy, sup, ets), final cleaning, damage waiver or damage deposit.
For orders made by phone or by any other means, except on-line applications, the discount does not apply.
Christmas discount is valid for 4 days from the date of the on-line inquiry. Discount will be automatically cancelled if Booking Agreement is not signed and Payment confirmation is not received by 12 Knots booking manager within 4 days period.
12 Knots reserves the right to unilaterally extend or shorten promotion period, revise the discount rate, and change the terms and conditions of the promotion by amending the terms of the Promotion published on the 12 Knots website. Discount does not apply to some boats represented by certain fleet operators.
