    Fonctionnement des avis et des évaluations des clients

    Nous utilisons la moyenne avec antérieure (également connue sous le nom de moyenne bayésienne) pour calculer la note totale de chaque opérateur de flotte ou société de location.

    Comme les nouvelles sociétés peuvent n’avoir que très peu d’avis, chaque avis peut avoir un impact important sur la note moyenne, ce qui peut entraîner une représentation trompeuse du score global (par exemple, un seul avis très positif ou très négatif fausse la note). Pour atténuer cela, nous utilisons une note “par défaut” ou “antérieure”.

    Cela signifie que, par défaut, chaque société commence avec une note de 4,0, calculée à partir de 5 avis hypothétiques notés chacun 4. Cette hypothèse fournit un niveau de performance de base neutre à positif.

    Par exemple, si une nouvelle société reçoit un avis 5 étoiles, la note totale sera ajustée à 4,17. Le calcul est le suivant : (4 × 5) + 5 = 25, puis divisé par le nombre total d’avis (6 = 5 par défaut + 1 réel), ce qui donne 4,17.

    Au fur et à mesure que d’autres avis sont ajoutés, le poids des avis réels augmente et l’influence de la note par défaut diminue.
