“Tatty boats, owner is a horrible bully… pay more go elsewhere”
Tatty boats, torn & stained mattresses, fridge that didn’t cool, jib that didn’t unfurl, when I couldn’t find the bathing ladder, I called to find out where it was and was told there wasn’t one… later to be told there was when it was too late… half the life jackets had broken zips… but worst of all and completely unforgivable was the owner Jon’s attitude… a truly horrible man… consistently rude from the beginning. He sucked the joy out of the charter for me and we will never go back…. & he’s kept our deposit £1500 without any prospect of a resolution… avoid

Do I need sailing or boating license for the bareboat charter?
In most of the regions, like the Caribbean, South-East Asia, Oceania, no special sailing documents are needed for the bareboat charter. The only thing you need to provide is your sailing resume, so that the base manager can see if you are qualified enough to rent Prestige 46 Fly Powerboat in Croatia.
