_ the main area could be a little more organized and tidy. no personal objects from capitan or hostess_ we used way to much water plastic bottles. we would prefer a refill system so we don't create so much waste_ daily cleaning needs to be really obvious and visible_ guests insists that crew do not pay down \ rest in where they can see them. respect privacy_snack food needs to be revised constantly so it always looks totally fresh and the containers where is presented are full and perfectly clean

hull and third-party liability insurance.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation within 4 days after the on-line reservation. Once you’ve
reserved Lagoon 560 - 5 + 2 cab. on 12 Knots website it will be on hold for you for the next 4 days
free of charge. If the booking of this catamaran is cancelled 46 days prior to the
charter 50% of the charter fee will be retained. There is no refund if the cancellation is less
than 46 days prior to the charter. Pls. check booking agreement and charter terms for the actual
cancellation policy, as these terms may vary from the example above.
