our capitan Marco was a competant boat driver and gave us wonderful suggestions on where to anchor and what to see. we did have a serious issue with the water as he failed to check the hot water heater and the water level on our boat. this became a serious problem on our first morning as there were 8 people on board. we also had an issue with a very strong sewer smell on the starboard side of the vessel. this was mentioned to the captain and although he checked to ensure there wasnt a leak, the smell continued for the duration of our charter. the blankets on the starboard forward stateroom were not cleaned properly and had an odour. although there were double beds in the staterooms there were only twin sized sheets made available. this is unacceptable. we were shocked to learn during our safety briefing with the captain that it was not advised to put toilet paper down the toilets due to the vaccuum system in the heads. this too is totally unacceptable for an 8 person charter. this created an uncomfortable and unsanitary situation as we had to change the garbage bags in the heads as often as we could. our hostess Sanja was gracious, knowledgable and provided us with excellent local direction and suggestions as to what we should see and where to eat. we had expected to have the heads cleaned more than once during our charter and were surprised that the sheets and blankets were not going to be changed. we had to ask for clean towels which were in very limited supply. the sights and the islands we visited were outstanding. the local people were friendly and hospitable. the boat however was a disappointment.

Yes. Catamaran Lagoon 52 - 5 cab., Floramye- CREWED is offered by professional charter company and has
hull and third-party liability insurance.
What is Damage Deposit?
Damage Deposit is the amount you are liable in case of any damages to the catamaran.
Deposit in the amount of 2671.5 USD should be paid on spot in Split
(Croatia) before embarkation and will be refunded at the end of the charter if there are
no damages to the catamaran. Usually paid with Credit Card.
What is Damage waiver (insurance)?
Damage Waiver is the additional insurance that may reduce the amount of Damage Deposit
from 2671.5 USD to a significantly smaller amount.
If damage waiver is not available, you may purchase additional insurance that will cover deductions
from damage deposit in case of damages to the boat.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation within 4 days after the on-line reservation. Once you’ve
reserved Lagoon 52 - 5 cab. on 12 Knots website it will be on hold for you for the next 4 days
free of charge. If the booking of this catamaran is cancelled 46 days prior to the
charter 50% of the charter fee will be retained. There is no refund if the cancellation is less
than 46 days prior to the charter. Pls. check booking agreement and charter terms for the actual
cancellation policy, as these terms may vary from the example above.
