We rent in Mallorca, in Palma. The ships are in front of the city center, all at one step: stores, bars, restaurants, the cathedral, the fish market, the Palace of the Almudaina. The ship we rent we loved, very wide and comfortable. We had a great time. We were in Cabrera, it's Trenc, Porto Colom, Porto Petro and some more coves. They attended us very well and gave us the ship before the scheduled time :)

Do I need sailing or boating license for the bareboat charter?
In most of the regions, like the Caribbean, South-East Asia, Oceania, no special sailing documents are needed for the bareboat charter. The only thing you need to provide is your sailing resume, so that the base manager can see if you are qualified enough to rent Lagoon 42 (4+2Cab) Catamaran in Mallorca / Spain.
