What is Damage Deposit?

Damage Deposit is the amount you are liable in case of any damages to the catamaran. Deposit in the amount of 1081.6 USD should be paid on spot in Tortola (BVI / British Virgin Islands) before embarkation and will be refunded at the end of the charter if there are no damages to the catamaran. What is Damage waiver (insurance)?

Damage Waiver is the additional insurance that may reduce the amount of Damage Deposit from 1081.6 USD to a significantly smaller amount. Do I need sailing certificate for bareboat charter in BVI / British Virgin Islands?

No, for bareboat charters in BVI / British Virgin Islands sailing license is not required. The only thing that you need to provide is your sailing resume, to prove that you qualified enough to rent Catamaran Lagoon 39.

Am I qualified to rent Lagoon 39 bareboat?

Please complete sailing resume ( online, in your personal account ) right after you send an inquiry for this Catamaran. We’ll check and notify you if you qualified for the bareboat charter. If sailing experience is not sufficient skipper may be provided for 1 or several days (to be paid separately).

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation within 4 days after the on-line reservation. Once you’ve reserved Lagoon 39 on 12 Knots website it will be on hold for you for the next 4 days free of charge. If the booking of this catamaran is cancelled 46 days prior to the charter 50% of the charter fee will be retained. There is no refund if the cancellation is less than 46 days prior to the charter.
