All really good we will come again My Sea.did not really work well fo us on board. Some of the large marinas were very noisy. Otherwise really excellent.

Very friendly and helpful team !!! Free fuel service. The yacht was technically and optically in very good to good condition. No DSC radio. But we have never had it on the Mediterranean either. Would book this ship again at any time!

the cockpit charger for the ipad, has a loose connection.the sails were nice and easy to set, but we missed sailing sticks in the main for sailing up wind.

It is unfortunate that we lost one day of our sailing holiday due to the failure of the gearbox seal on yacht Ema·The temporary repair to the swimming ladder on yacht Emanuel does not feel very safe·Since we arrived after closing time at the start of the holiday due to our flight times, the supply of a bottle of water for the night would have been much appreciated·

Does this boat have insurance?
Yes. Sailboat Bavaria 36, Emanuel is offered by professional charter company and has
hull and third-party liability insurance.
What is Damage Deposit?
Damage Deposit is the amount you are liable in case of any damages to the sailboat.
Deposit in the amount of 1065.3 USD should be paid on spot in Trogir
(Croatia) before embarkation and will be refunded at the end of the charter if there are
no damages to the sailboat. Usually paid with Credit Card.
What is Damage waiver (insurance)?
Damage Waiver is the additional insurance that may reduce the amount of Damage Deposit
from 1065.3 USD to a significantly smaller amount.
If damage waiver is not available, you may purchase additional insurance that will cover deductions
from damage deposit in case of damages to the boat.

Do I need sailing license for bareboat charter in Croatia?
Yes. For bareboat rentals in Croatia, you should hold internationally recognized
sailing certificates like: ICC, IYT Bareboat Skipper, RYA Day Skipper, ASA 104 plus IPC. Ask
booking manager for the requirements. Detailed information here:

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation within 4 days after the on-line reservation. Once you’ve
reserved Bavaria 36 on 12 Knots website it will be on hold for you for the next 4 days
free of charge. If the booking of this sailboat is cancelled 46 days prior to the
charter 50% of the charter fee will be retained. There is no refund if the cancellation is less
than 46 days prior to the charter. Pls. check booking agreement and charter terms for the actual
cancellation policy, as these terms may vary from the example above.
