LAGON DU MORNE

Boarding at 1pm, short safety briefing and cruise itinerary. Half an hour sailing to the Benitier lagoon. Afternoon in this beautiful spot, meet sunset and in case of good weather conditions you will even see the summit of Reunion Island.

MONT CHOISY

Guided tour to see the dolphins on a motor boat. Please be aware that you need to book this tour beforehand. After breakfast, the crew will set sail to the lagoon of Mont Choisy. Mooring and spend the rest of the day on a beautiful beach shaded by filaos (Australian pine tree). Enjoy the sunset behind the Moka mountain.

CAP MALHEUREUX

Swimming, snorkeling and kayaking at Mont Choisy lagoon. Visit Pamplemousses Gardens, formally known as Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens. Opened as a private garden by the French governor of Mauritius nearly 300 years ago. Here you will discover the lush vegetation and exceptional flora of this oldest botanical gardens. In the afternoon, we will sail north and moor at the bottom of Coin de Mire cliff or in Merville lagoon for a snorkeling and resting. Night at anchorage near Grand Baie beach resort that offers different nightlife activities.

GRAND BAIE

Short stop at Grand Baie village famous for white-sandy beaches and azure calm waters of the Indian Ocean. Take a time and stroll at your own rhythm. In the afternoon catamaran will sail to the very north of the island and will stop for the night in Cap Malheureux bay.

ILOT GABRIE

Excursion to Domaine de Labourdonnais Sugar Estate with its castle and its beautiful gardens, old orchards and rum factory. After lunch we will sail to Ilot Gabriel. Depending on the weather we will stop for snorkeling in the bay of Palissades or in the west coast of L’Ile Plate. Moor in the lagoon of Ilot Gabriel for the night. A small island covering just over 100 acres, is a gem in the crystal-clear waters near Grand Bay.

Riviere Noir

Early morning swimming and time to head south west to the bay of Riviere Noire.Quiet night at anchor near old fisherman village that is now converted into a favored touristic location. A nice bay, protected from the winds by a majestic mountain range will be your scenery for the night.

La Balise Marina

Hearty breakfast and then optional excursion to the village of Chamarel famous for its magic colored earths a natural phenomenon and the fantastic view on the lagoon. Then you may visit a rum distillery and enjoy a delicious local lunch. In case of good weather conditions, we will visit mythical beach of Tamarin or discover the mouth of Rempart river with a sea kayak. Quiet night at La Balise Marina, buying your souvenirs and an the wonderful memories of this cruise.

RIVIERE NOIRE

Disembarkation after lunch at 8h00 am.

Visit of the Pamplemousses Garden + Sugar Estate museum. One of the main attractions of the botanical garden is the 85 different varieties of palm trees brought from different corners of the world.

Sugar Estate

Visit of Labourdonnais Sugar Estate with its castle. Today the Chateau de Labourdonnais is among Mauritius foremost cultural attractions and a flagship of national heritage.
