Sailing vacation in Panama & Costa Rica

We invite you to discover Central America coastline from the board of a luxury crewed yacht. Experience a true balance between conventional cruising on a private yacht and exciting sailing adventure unravelling beautiful coasts of Panama & Costa Rica. You will visit the Nature National Park of Manuel Antonio, witness life in the Darrien Jungle, sail to Pearl and Negritas islands. Each day will be a new place, a hidden cove with crystal blue waters, a glimpse of ancient history and rich diversity of flora and fauna.

Sailing trip will be on board of the elegant 50-meter-long motor yacht. This private yacht can accommodate up to 34 guests in 17 comfortable cabins. Experienced captain and professional crew of 16 people will take care of you during you sailing cruise in Panama.

This is the adventure cruise for nature lovers. Crocodiles, turtles, Coiba Aguit, howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, kingfishers – you’ll have the chance to see them all in their natural habitat. There’s also an on-board naturalist with you for the entire journey.

Panama City

Embarkation - 15:00 to 16.30. Welcome reception and safety drill. Late afternoon optional walking tour in old Panama City, Casco Viejo. Overnight in port

Gatun Lake

Morning excursion to the Gatun Lake to explore Fort San Lorenzo Spanish Historical Forts (optional). Visit the Panama Canal Expansion Observation Center in Gatun and enjoy lunch there. Return to Panama city and visit the Canal Museum and watch the movements of ships in the locks.

Early morning sailing to Pearl Islands – Panama.

Darrien National park

Optional excursion in the Darrien National park. We are then welcomed by Embera Indians, one of the 7 indigenous groups living in Panama. They are proud and very friendly and known for their beautiful handicrafts and well preserved traditions. Afternoon sailing to Cebaco Island – Overnight at sea

Restingue Island

Morning arrival in Caleta Caiman / Restingue Island for an amazing swimming and snorkeling experience in this little paradise island. At noon we will sail to Cebaco Island. Beach BBQ and time to swim and enjoy the beautiful beach. Early afternoon, sailing to Golfo Dulce - night at sea.

Golfito - Costa Rica

Arrival to Golfito early in the morning. Immigration procedures before we head to the nearby CASA ORQUIDEAS where we will stop at anchor for the night. Optional excursion in Casa Orquideas, a beautiful flowers sanctuary. Visit of extensive and very well kept grounds. Time to swim at the end of the visit. We then sail across the Bay to Puerto Jimenez while having a BBQ on deck.

Quepos - Costa Rica

Morning arrival to Quepos. Optional excursion to the Manuel Antonio Reserve one of the highlights of the cruise. After lunch you can take one of the optional Forest Canopy excursions. Afternoon sailing to Playa Biesanz.

Puerto Caldera

Arrival in Puerto Caldera Port 08:00- Disembarkation 09:00 to 10:00.

Swimming and snorkeling

During your sailing vacation you will find lot's of great spots for swimming and snorkeling. The Pacific waters off the coast of Panama are some of the most beautiful you’ll see anywhere. Swimming off the back of the boat and explore the shore via zodiac boats.

Osa Peninsula excursion

The park is part of one of the biological corridors leading to the Corcovado National Park and offers the opportunity for a smooth walk in secondary forest and interaction with endemic animal life.

Fully renovated in 2015 this classy motor yacht performed several Atlantic Ocean crossings, and also sailed along the most coastal sites in Europe.
